I don't often blog in future tense, but I'm doing it tonight. Partly because I have some stuff to say, partly because I'm going to be busy in the morning, partly because I suspect I'll have trouble sleeping tonight and I'm trying to ensure I'm really tired before I try. So it's Sunday night, but I'm going to delay posting until Monday morning, because that? is how I roll. For now, anyway.

My brand-spanking-new Chromebook came yesterday. It was waiting all happy in its Amazon box in the BBE's garage when we got there after running our Wednesday errands (which currently consist of kid's meals at Sonic and dropping Number Four off at wrestling matches). I am just a tee-tiny bit in love.

Yes, it was bought for writing, and I will get to that at some point. I am thankful for:

A half day when I'm hungover.
A forgiving (if not always understanding) boyfriend
People who request off the wall desserts so I get to try something new
Running water, working heat, and light bulbs
Books
The Internet
Having a job
Being able to see my parents at Thanksgiving
Being accepted by his family
My son still wanting to hang out with me
Micro-breweries

I find it a little disconcerting that the Blogger interface keeps changing. I can roll with it, I really can. I just don't get why it happens.
